#2. 4840 Jeff Therrien Alex Therrien - $0 HSA & Spouse Dropped From Coverage
Employee had enrollment in 'Dental-Family' plan from 1/1 effective date with EE+SP+CH tier.
As '2016 Canada HSA' plan is force contingent on 'Dental-Family so he got enrollment in HSA plan with 1/1 with $570 coverage.
Dental Family plan is having Maximum Child Age is customized to 20. PFA screen shot.
On 8/28 employee birthday, service removed child from 'Dental-Family plan as child was ineligible and termed dental election with 8/29 and added new election with 9/1 with EE+SP tier in dental.
As HSA is force contingent on dental so HSA election also got terminated. But service didn't allocated HSA election.
We are working on this issue.
