Hello Debbie,

As indicated in below mail, we observed 2 issues for Age Banded Rates -

Issue 1 -

For Age Banded Health Rates, when we provide and save age bands and respective costs : provided costs are not shown to employee for respective mapped plan.
If I go again on the Rate Customization page - provide some value ( even zero ) for the additional fields given for Child Costs / Partner Costs - Save the page ( through the save button provided at the end of the page not the one provided for saving the age bands ) - employee gets the expected costs on Enroll Now.

For now, we have saved them for ' Clem and Sons Concrete - Stage (HMO rate) ' - so as test employee can see the associated costs.

Issue 2 -

For Age Banded Rates, system is not considering the costs provided for Child member. Hence even if I provide bands for Employee, Spouse and Child in the Rate, on enroll now - costs shown correct for Employee or Employee + Spouse but not for Employee +Child or Employee + Child + Spouse. Child costs are treated as Zero for now.

We will let you know, once we fix and test above points.

Sorry for delayed response on this.We found that age banded rate implementation is not working properly in case of child and spouse members.There are many changes required to fix these problems. We have started our analysis to fix this problems. We will share ETA to implement these changes with you by tomorrow.

Right now alternative available for this is to add flat rate for child irrespective of age range as per attached screen shot.

Eligibility component which is present for other rates is also not present on age banded rate. So we need to include eligibility component on this as well. We will share detailed analysis about this with you.

We found some error in existing customization pages of age banded rates of health.
So we have modified this customization pages and got approval from the Dave to implement this change request.

Mock-ups are ready and approved by Dave for this task. We have completed the analysis part as well. And this task is yet to be started in development.

Debbie KullingCurrently we are in process to analyzing all pending enhancements and its efforts. So could not able to provide ETA due to shortage of bandwidth. We are working on it and once it gets finalize,will share the ETA. Hope this is fine .
