You can use 'Email Broadcast feature' for sending Bulk Email to Employees having Incomplete Login status. Below are the details for City of Redding:

Out of 1249 Incomplete status of employee, only 631 employees belong to active status.
Please let us know in case you face any difficulty with this.

In addition to this, we observed that there are Incomplete Enrollment Notification also set on this company, so employees having incomplete login status will be receiving notifications on specified number of days.

Hi Jennifer,

Can you please suggest way for this. I checked from Email message log that through Incomplete Enrollment Notification service mails are already getting sent out to employees.

However if required this can be sent out from 'Email Broadcast' menu. This feature has been QA verified and working correctly.

The confirmation notices were not being sent until earlier this week. Client would like this to go out to ensure all of their employees to ensure they look at their confirmation notices. My apologies, these should go out to those with COMPLETE status, not incomplete.

Hello!

These in the attached look to be the automated message that is going out daily. I sent out an email broadcast yesterday to all who had complete status. Shawn Avery is one of those people and should have received an email from me. Did my email broadcast work? If not, can someone send it out? Their OE closes Monday and they wanted these this go out before then.

For Email Broadcast there is no logging maintained at database, because everyone's email address is copied in BCC field while sending mail

We have verified the email broadcast functionality and observed that the mails are being sent to the EE's if they are eligible to receive email. Please could you let us know any specific EE for which the mail is not being sent.

Shawn Avery and Donna Hackworth did not receive emails. They are both the Client admins.

We have verified the above EEs and observed some issue in the system. If you want these employees to receive an email you can do this by explicitly selecting their Bargaining Unit and then mail will be sent to the email address specified for that EE.
