Steps:-
1] When all or none options are selected in class1 field and clicked on send email button emails are not being sent.
2] If explicitly we select any other class then mails are sent.

Hello Venkatesh Pujari,
Concern : When all or none options are selected in class1 field and clicked on send email button emails are not being sent.
Cause : Code of local and production environment was same. Only difference is in the stored procedure where size of TO,CC and BCC is not MAX.
Correction : Stored procedure is changed now and for unit testing, bulk of emails are sent on production environment. It is working properly.

From your comments, it is not understood on which environment you have done the change.
Also, if its assigned to venkatesh , why the status is In development still?

Hello Venkatesh Pujari,
It is checked on local and mails are sent. We have looked into mailroot-> pickpup folder.
Mail were there.
Code of local and production environment is also same.
Now we have taken down City of Redding company to local.
We will check it on Local on tomorrow morning on priority.
