Client ran enrollment report 1/1/2017 - 12/31/2017
EE7563 showed EE only
but her confirmation statement shows that she added her child to coverage last November during OE for 2016 and he has remained continuously covered. I double checked the history in the employee’s Enrollment History Report.The client is expecting the coverage tier to show EE + CH.
Is there another date range they are supposed to run? They are trying to ensure they finish their data scrub today but they think the reports are inaccurate.
