RCF - CAISO Issues with Reports

      Description

      Jennifer Johnson

      Client ran enrollment report 1/1/2017 - 12/31/2017

      EE7563 showed EE only
      but her confirmation statement shows that she added her child to coverage last November during OE for 2016 and he has remained continuously covered. I double checked the history in the employee’s Enrollment History Report.The client is expecting the coverage tier to show EE + CH.

      Is there another date range they are supposed to run? They are trying to ensure they finish their data scrub today but they think the reports are inaccurate.

            Hi Prasanna,

            Employee "Victoria Merk" i having EE+CH tier enrollment in Dental & Vision however it is shown as 'EE' tier only at Report '2017'. We need to check this on priority.

            They are verifying it for carrier file which is due tomorrow 12/07.

            Record for employee "Victoria Merk" is proper on standard enrollment report.
            We ran Standard Enrollment report with date range of 1/1/2017 - 12/31/2017 for Medical, Dental and Vision benefit types.
            Employee "Victoria Merk" is coming with tier EE+CH.

            Did check for report "2017".
            Yes there is issue with coverage tier labels.

            Following are the 3C's:
            Concern:
            Incorrect coverage tier label is appear on Enrollment report.

            Cause:
            Report is showing Coverage Tier Label as per the HealthTierID in database.
            For this election there is incorrect Health Tier ID in enrollment table.
            Did pull report "2017" by adding field for Coverages and can see discrepancy.
            Please refer below screen shot:

            Correction:
            Data correction will be required where HealthTierIDs are not as per coverage.
            Please assign this ticket accordingly.

            Cause: We are in progress to replicate this issue by trying in different browsers and for different scenarios.

            Correction: We have scan this company and found these two affected employees with coverage and Health tier member count miss match. We have corrected their records.

            Avnish will scan for wrong coverage tier where health tier member count is same but instead spouse, DP or vice versa got inserted and will update you in JIRA WT - 6941.

            I tried to reproduce this issue on hspl copy on production for the same affected employee.
            But I am not able to reproduce this issue from OE tunnel, Employee Login, Admin Login.

            As below are some observation while analyzing this issue.
            1) Recently health tier id went wrong from enrollment mode ID = 13 (Import enrollment) you can refer Blue Diamond company(BDG) on production. (We can take import team help on this)
            2)Some are the old enrollments are carry forward, which already had health tier id wrong.
            but this issue is not reproducing now.
            3) We need to correct the existing corrupted data from all company. so that if again issue comes we can focus our analysis further to particular scenario.

            Please let me know more inputs on this.
