- template created for FSA Admin and HSA Admin - all employee class
- fetched out invoice for Jan 2017 - billing details shown correctly for Jan 2017 [billed rate mentioned in the mapped rate $5.15]
- As discussed with client related to the first invoice - we are going to show adjustments for ongoing enrollments
- Employee in the attached sheet (say Alexander Kolar) have enrollment from 01/01/2016 to NULL
- as far as above fetched invoice for Jan 2017 is the first invoice - I expected the adjustments of $5.15 will appear from Jan 2016 to Nov 2017
Invoice did not show me this adjustments

This is tested on LB - TIBCO - 12th Dec 2016
Working well for Health as well as for Non Health enrollments.
Invoices shows proper adjustments (except terminated ones - which is expected) for the first invoice.

For the above scenario adjustments are being displayed properly.
But when I generate an Invoice for June 2016 for the above template I observe that there is no record for an EE but there are entries for the same EE in adjustment sections. This is not correct.
Reopening the ticket.

Below are 3Cs :-
Concern :- Did not show adjustments for first invoice.
Cause :- If there was breakage in record like , a record with effective date '01/01/15' and termination date '12/31/15' and continuation of same enrollment with effective date '01/01/16' , we used to consider latest record. Due to this there were no adjustments shown before '01/01/16'.
Correction :- We are considering all records which are continued.
