1. I went in and created a payroll report (attached). This shows the monthly premium doubled for all employees.
2. The premium piece of the NSHE export (South Billing Deductions UNLV) is outputting something goofy for one employee.

The highlighted element is mapped to Enrollment Employee Cost. This employee (Ruben Ghostal) is incorrect. His premium is $21.00 monthly, and is reflected as such everywhere I look in the system. Where is this $47.60 coming from?!?

There is issue in Report and on Export file.
1) Issue on Report - Employee cost showing double on Payroll deduction report, When we see Cost on UI or on Enrollment report it shows correct.
2) Issue on Export - Employee "Ruben Ghosal" cost is $21 and it should be export on file but on file it is showing as $47.60
Can you please look into this.

Respective employee exported on "North Billing Deduction-UNR" and cost exported properly as 21.
