1. I went in and created a payroll report (attached). This shows the monthly premium doubled for all employees.
The highlighted element is mapped to Enrollment Employee Cost. This employee (Ruben Ghostal) is incorrect. His premium is $21.00 monthly, and is reflected as such everywhere I look in the system. Where is this $47.60 coming from?!?
