Have checked mentioned issue for report named "Payroll Deduction" in Standard Reports.
Following are the updates for mentioned employee's Dental election on Feb 2018 report:
Cost appearing on Billing Report : $50.64 (monthly)
Cost appearing on Payroll Deduction Report : $101.28 (2x monthly cost)
For Payroll report, cost appearing is double as Start and End date of pay period is spanning across 2 months, in our case between Jan 2018 and Feb 2018. Hence the cost appearing is sum of (Jan 2018 monthly cost + Feb 2018 monthly cost). This is by implementation and is a known issue.
We need to reanalyze the purpose and exact requirement for Payroll Deduction report. This report internally uses output of Billing Report except for adjustment part. Kindly use Billing report for now, to get the exact monthly cost.
