Ashuntee Baker, EID 21298, terminated on 1/2/17. Olga Nozheckina, EID 19798, terminated on 1/2/17.
When I look at the termination of EAP benefits, Ashuntee’s benefits terminated on 1/31/17 and Olga’s benefits terminated on 7/2/17. Per the business rule, EAP benefits terminate 6 months from the termination date so Olga’s termination is correct and Ashuntee’s is not.
Can you explain what happened?

Is there a way to set up the termination file to look at terminating the EAP benefit first, then look to the other benefits. Since the EAP is contingent on medical we cannot get the EAP termination rules to work correctly.
