Intrepid USA error on billing details reports

      Description

      Attached is a spreadsheet with the errors I have found for Intrepid. This thing is a mess. Rates are doubling, Coverages are doubling, I have included notes next to each line item.

      The billing details coverage amounts don't match the enrollment coverage amounts. Is there anyway to stop the report from pulling life ltd std etc when they are still pending approval? These should not be billed for until we have approved coverage on them.

      Also on the child life this is a problem with all clients with this type of coverage - If the coverage is per family - ie - you have 1 child and elect $10,000 in coverage the approved coverage amount on the bill should be $10,000, likewise if you have 3 children. But the report pulls $30,000. This amount is incorrect. In most cases, however the premium is correct, not in all but in most. if we could find a fix for this across the board that would be great.

            Here is primary analysis-

              Cause: In Code summing up cost for main and Intermediate record.
              Correction: Code fix required

            We had already pulled the bills by the time the corrections were made for this ticket and I have not had time to go back and pull new reports to check for errors. I will have Cindy Sanchez let me know if there are any errors when she pulls the bill for May in April.
