Following are the 3Cs:
Concern:
1. Spouse coverage amount not getting covered for customization Family Rates - All Children
2. Employee coverage amount not getting considered for Family Rates.

Cause:
#1.
System was considering maximum coverage amount of all dependents. Instead system should have calculated the coverage amount like maximum Coverage Amount for elected children + Coverage Amount elected for Spouse
#2.
In Family rates scenario coverage as per maximum coverage amount was appearing. Instead when employee is elected in Spouse / Child plan, coverage elected for employee, should get considered separately.

Correction:
Changes done in stored procedures to handle both scenarios

Billing / Billing Columnwise / Billing Demographic - All scenarios related to Life plans with Family Rate / without Family Rate customization
Enrollment / Enrollment Column wise / Enrollment Demographic - All scenarios related to Life plans with Family Rate / without Family Rate customization

Please note that we have not verified this change for Benefitwise Billing Report as this report is currently not in use.

Testing is not started yet due to other task WT-9746 , WT-129
