- medical benefit type has 2 plan (core plan and non core plan - both are eligible to employee)
- add employee - system makes his enrollment in core plan - expected
- then enroll emplooyee in his non core plan (enrollment in core plan gets terminated)
- now make employee ineligible from his non - core plan election
Expected Result - ideally system should have enrolled back the employee in to the core plan (at least after eds change / running eligibility and core plan services)
Actual Result - system do not enroll back the employee in his core plan
Rashmita Dudhe has also observed the same problem with import

WT-8467 If there is core and non core plan in benefit and employee is eligible for both plans, EE enrolls in non-core plan then on EE/dependent birthday mid night core plan service terminates the non-core election and enrolls in core plan.
