Date picked after 31 Dec 2020 is automatically getting populated with year of previous century i.e. 19XX.

Replication Steps:
1. Login as SA/Partner/Employee
2. Go to test company like
'UiRefresh Test QA2' on Azure
OR
"ACAAutomation" on Stage
3. Go to Add Employee or Any form which has Date Picker.
4. Click on Date Picker.
4. Select a Date from Date picker like 28 May 2023. (Do No Type Anything)
5. After Date selection click any where else in the screen.
6. Check for the Date populated in Date field.

Expected Result:
Date should be populated which ever is selected.

Actual Result:
Date selected after 31 Dec 2020 is automatically getting populated with year of previous century i.e. 19XX.

This issue exist throughout the Workterra application on all environments along with new UI too. Also, as observed this issue can be with Date format mm/dd/yy
