We discussed this issue with development team.
According to current implementation, the premiums are waived from the report and the coverage amount is kept as it is.
As the EE has elected the coverage for entire year the coverage can't be removed for a particular month in a report.

In regards to the billing, we believe the reports (billing summary and billing details) should actually exclude those coverage and premiums that are $0 based on the billing cut off rule date selection. the system should be including/excluding transaction similar to how the functionality works when the other two billing options are selected.

For instance, in the example provided in the document (Symphony's setup) where we have the billing period changes/terminations set to "premiums waived prior the cut off day 15" we would expect that the premiums that were waived would not be included in the bill.

To implement this setting in the Reports, Code changes will be required. Need to convert this ticket to change request.

Request you to please confirm below changes:

For the premiums waived after a particular date according to the rule, we will be removing the record from the report instead of showing '$0' coverage for that record.

The Waiver rule is present in both below mentioned Billing period Policies:

1. Billing Period Adds

2. Billing Period Changes/Terminations

Let us know whether the change is to be made for both the above options or any particular one.

Please let us know whether this change is to be implemented for both 'Billing Details report' and 'Billing Summary report' or any one of them.

If above mentioned changes are to be implemented we will require an approval on this.
