Suppose, OE start date is 11/01/2017 and end date is 11/15/2017. We did few plan terminations as part of OE setup on 10/20/2017.
Current year flag flipped to YES on 11/01/2017
During OE period, OE changes will not reflect on file due to CY flag is set to YES.
CY flag flipped back to NO on 11/20/2017 to get OE file, so on this export ( first export after flipping flag to NO ) we need all OE changes on file as we haven't exported these changes during OE.
This file will fetch all changes since OE start date ( 11/01/2017 ) , However our plan termination happened on 10/20/2017 which is before 11/01/2017 and due to this, such terminations are not exporting on file.

Created during OE scenarios and exported File during OE . Will check the OE file tomorrow as OE ends for Test Company on LB
Verified the attached scenarios before OE ,during OE and and after OE by terminating elections through OE Set up component as well as from SA Utility. OE file exported properly . Working as expected
Ready for Stage Deployement
OE set up component BASIC Life plan terminations is done. Testing is in progress with OE file export and validation of OE and OE set Up component and SA utility scenarios . Will update tomorrow
Found issue in a scenario where Already reported employee termination in OE again exported on OE file for which WT-11189 is created.
So Keeping this JIRA on hold till it get deployed on stage and gets ready for Prod

While checking the fix WT-11189 and doing regression . Found that OE set up terminations are not exported on OE File (i.e. When flipped Current Year flag to No )
Details of the scenario
1) Exported initial file to make it No Records
2) Terminated Basic Life with OE Set up component with 12/31/2017
3) Started OE (Changed template Current Year flag to YES)
4) Done OE changes (such as EMP Termination, New Year Enrollment, Plan Termination in OE, Plan Termination using SA Utility)
Only Employee Terminations were exported on OE file and not others.
Can you please look into this and update accordingly ? This was working properly before

As discussed, We have checked the mentioned scenario on LB for company For QA ASML For HSPL and verified that the termination done in OE set are exporting properly.
Please verify and let us know if you required more details on this.
Below are the 3C's
Concern : OE setup terminations are not exporting on OE file
Cause : This scenario was not handled in business logic.
Correction : We have added the code(and new SP)to handle this scenario.
