We are still having the same issues as ticket WT-10635 where the ER contribution does not show on the confirmation statement or enrollment summary.
I am trying to test this out on stage on TIBCO and I am getting the error below when I try and post an event.
This issue has been going on for way too long. Can we please have a call in the morning to discuss

1) Server error Issue is Fixed, We have also tested same on TIBCO company.
2) Issue of ER contribution does not show on the confirmation statement or enrollment summary -
We have tried all scenarios for this and it is not getting reproduced at our end.
Can you please share Employee Details whose ER cost is not showing. Also, let us know on which user (Admin/Partner) you are facing this.
Please refer screenshot of our testing where ER cost is showing proper. In the screenshot, the employee is same which you had reported in WT-10635.

Hi Debbie Kulling,
Development has considered this issue for 'Qualifying event' server error, which occurred due to Generic Eligibility migration. That has been fixed, however for 'ER contribution not showing on Confirmation statement' - development is looking into this in jira WT-10635. We have re-opened this and will share update in related jira ticket.

Hi Debbie Kulling, The issue reprted in WT-10635 got Reproduced at our end. Development team is working on same.

This issue is getting Reproduced follow below steps:
As per view history of PAIGE N RAUTIO employee.
1]Insert Employee data through import template Employee Test Import refer attached file for demographics data
2]Done Election Import in a medical plan through template Election Import no PCP with effective date 6/1
3]HSA plan is contingent on Medical plan(eligibility contingency).
4]Partner login through UI Enrolled into the HSA plan with effective date 7/1 Qualifying event BCC admin.
Cross verified on Ui it is not showing ER contribution.

We found around 4900+ employees across 49 do not received employer coverage. Please find attached list of affected employees and company names.
We will target data correction on Quincy and TIBCO first. Please go through the attached list first. Many of these enrollments might have gone on export files with 0 employer coverage. Once we do the correction the changes will reflect on export files again. Please let us know if you are OK with this.

Please give me an ETA on the fix for TIBCO and Quincy. BCC also had this issue with COSB.
I will inform the other CEs of the other groups impacted.

There was one condition missed in earlier scanning script. Now we have corrected scanning script and found attached EE Tibco COSSB Quincy EE list.xls were having issue of blank ER Coverage for TIBCO, Quincy and COSB.
We have also checked these EEs impact on file. Please find below details.
For Correction we will do following:
1. Update ER coverage amount
2. Recalculate ER cost with Consider Export Flag to True
After correction, ER Coverage and cost will roll out on file. Please confirm if you want same to be roll out on file or not for these 3 companies.
Our correction script is ready. After your approval, we will correct these 3 companies data immediately.
Note: We are in progress of scanning EEs for all production companies and will share result with you. Please ignore previously shared list of affected EEs and companies.

Code fix is deployed under WT-10635 JIRA today on LB. After QA approval, we will move it to Stage and Production.
This JIRA is correction purpose.

WT-10635 is deployed and verified on the local environment. We will deploy this on production with next production patch 19 September 2017.

Hi Debbie Kulling,
As per our discussion in a call, we will do correction for TIBCO, Quincy and COSB companies tomorrow on priority. Also as discussed, this correction will be roll out on file.
We have also scanned others companies and found only Castleberry and Rogers Memorial Hospital having impact on file for blank ER Coverage. These companies have only 4 affected records. Among those 4 records, Castleberry has 1 affected record and Rogers Memorial Hospital has 3 affected record.
Code fix for this issue has been deployed on LB under WT-10635. We will deploy the same on Stage tomorrow and Production on Monday.

Correction is done on Tibco for HSPL and COSB for HSPL. Please verify ER coverage and Cost for impacted EEs.

We have done correction on TIBCO, Quincy and COSB companies.
Note:
- On COSB there is plan 'Mass Transit II' having ER contribution customized as $0 and ShowEmployerCoverage flag on cost and coverage is set to No. There are 9 EEs enrolled in this plan and we have not done any correction to them.
- On Quincy there is plan 'Health Savings Account 2017 No Annual-A' having having ER contribution customized as $0 and ShowEmployerCoverage flag on cost and coverage is set to No. There are 3 EEs enrolled in this plan and we have not done any correction to them.
Please confirm and let us know if you face any issue.

Regarding remaining two companies, Castleberry and Rogers Memorial Hospital there were only 4 EE found and they don't required correction as ShowEmployerCoverage is flag is set to No and Employer coverage is customized as $0.
