Concern: Barrow critical illness plans are set to "no, not for current year" for age changes
For some reason the rates updated for 2018

Cause: Employee is having election in Critical illness from 1/1/2016. This employee clicked on enroll now for this plan and so system is calculating cost age as of "1/1/2018". If no not for current year is set then system should not calculate cost on "1/1/2018".

Correction: We are working on code fix.

Data correction:
Barrow- Corrected attached 41 employee's cost for employee,spouse and child plan .
Clarke - Corrected attached 92 employee's cost for employee,spouse and child plan
Password sent in separate mail

We will keep checking and correcting rates , till the issue get deployed.

Verified On Lb environment consider below scenarios:
Create the same rate and Plan like barrow on production:

#1 Through UI 'No - not for current year'
1]Add employee with the date of birth 1992 current age 25
2]Enrolled in Critical illness plan with effective date 01/01/2016 at that time employee age 24
3]Employee got age band 0 to 24 rate
4]Raised QE with effective date 11/6/2017
5]Go to the enroll now screen click on enroll button rate is not changed

#2 Through Service: 'No - not for current year'

1]Add employee with the date of birth 1992 current age 25
2]Enrolled in Critical illness plan with effective date 01/01/2016 at that time employee age 24
3]Employee got age band 0 to 24 rate
4]Run the Applyruleonagechange service.
5]Employee rate is changed and the employee got 25 to 30 age band rate

expected result: employee rate should not be the change as per rule 'No - not for current year'

#2 scenario is not working as expected.

We are trying to reproduce #2 Issue but it is not getting reproduce at our end on LB and Local Environment.
Company Name : For QA Long For HSPL
Employee details :
First Name : new
Last Name : ageemp
Plan Name : Emp critical Illness
Bith date : 1992-05-03

Result : Employee not getting any rate after service execution.
