      Description

      Remove "Change will affect future enrollment "pop up from demographic page
      During demo walk through Dave suggested this change.

            Started testing on LB.

            Found One issue WT - 10231 and one Observation which are mentioned in attached sheet.

            Observation :
            Some time I observed that data saved successfully without save information pop up. ( Replicated Issue Ratio : 2 / 10)

            Completed testing of WT-3377 on LB.

            Found Issue Status :

            1) WT - 10231 - Working Fine on LB
            2) WT - 10256 - Working Fine on LB.
            3) WT - 10285 - Development in Progress.

            We will move that patch on Azure ones WT - 10285 is completed on LB.

            Let's deploy this on Stage & keep verifying all scenarios for at least 2 week. Once sure, only then we will move this to production.
