Replication Steps :

1) Employee Login
2) Traversed up to Core plan Page

NOTE : Enrollment cost are not displayed through Employee login on Enroll Now Page and Election Summary.
It is displayed properly on Enrollment summary and Confirmation statement.

It is displayed properly on all above mentioned pages through Partner Login - Employee level.

I and Girija Potdar have tested same scenarios on Dev local environment and it is working fine . We are not sure whether this issue is only on LB due to bad code or due to Lb is unstable.

Also, Cost for Employee supp life is displayed under 'Employee Cost' which is correct . After traversing SS mode again then it displayed under Employer Cost
