We have uploaded and verified the fix on Production, tested below scenarios and found they are working as expected. Now file not found error is not displaying for newly uploaded documents:
-Upload document by employee and download it before saving and after saving
-Partner/Company Admin>Pending Queue>Verify document>Download
-Partner/Company Admin>>Employee Uploaded document>Download
-Delete and upload the same document again, then download.
-Login as a partner Upload document in a file library, download it by employee login.
-Verified above scenarios on different browsers (IE/FF/Chrome)
-Verified above scenarios through self Serve mode.
Please note this fix is applicable for the documents uploaded after today's production build. Employees previously (before fix upload) facing "File Not Found" error still experience same error, in order to get rid of this error they need to reupload the documents. Please refer below list of such employees. We had shared this type of list earlier as well. In below excel we have merged all the lists which we had shared with you till today. If employees from below list is facing "File Not Found" error while viewing or downloading the uploaded documents, then they need to reupload the document.

We are testing scenarios on Stage. We will deploy patch on Production by 02/07 as per regular patch process.
