Hello Jennifer Leugers,

When file is uploaded and downloaded without saving it,it will delete that file from the server.
This is implemented for security purpose to avoid cross user to access uploaded file.

File upload functionality with saving is working fine

We are working on it and will update you the detailed estimation to implement the change by tomorrow EOD.

All RMH is still stating this is not fixed (they reported it again on 2/10). Please re-verify and provide the three Cs on the issue.

As mentioned earlier ,Fixed is deployed on production environment on 8th Feb. 2017.
But employees who have uploaded document before our fix ,will face same issue as files are deleted from the server.
Employee need to re- upload the document.

Please share the details of employee who has uploaded the document after our fix and still facing the issue.
