Jennifer Johnson Per your request this issue ~~WT-7182~~ was the one where an EE with a QE termed the EE's HSA enrollment. Looks like DEV had scanned all clients based on their notes in that ticket number. It is a long with a lot of notes on the issue. Client is asking if this is an issue with more than just HSA and did DEV check to see if this code fix is needed on any other benefits besides HSA or could it be an issue with the QE birth? Such as EE Todd Goodwin - he had a QE of a birth and at the time it had ended his Medical Flexible Spending enrollment even though the view history didn't show a waive for that benefit.

Do you want a separate ticket by itself to help resolve the issue for Todd Goodman on what caused the Medical Flexible Spending enrollment to end?
