      Description

      Hi Jyoti Mayne,

Please refer the following 3C's for this issue.

Concern: 'A. Retiree Core Plan' is terminated by Child overage and 'C. Retiree Blue Local Plan' gets enrolled.

      Relevant facts to be considered:

      1. From the above mentioned benefits one is core plan and other is non-core plan.
      2. Both these Plans are medical plans and have same Generic eligibiltiy rule i.e 'Rule_13'
      3. Plan 'C. Retiree Blue Local Plan' was set to Auto enrolled 'Yes' (Please refer the screen shot General Plan Design C. Retiree Blue Local Plan.png)
      4. Medical Benefit type allows only single enrolment for Medical type as its multiple enrolment flag is set to 'NO'(Please refer the screen shots 'Benefit Type Medical Screen.png')

      *Cause: *

      1. The 'A. Retiree Core Plan' gets terminated due to child overage as expected.

      2. On 01/07/2017 when child was overaged, system ran a midnight service checking and performing the following events in order.

      1. The 'A. Retiree Core Plan' gets terminated due to child overage as expected.

      2. System first checked for any auto enrolled plan. There was a auto enrolled plan 'C. Retiree Blue Local Plan'

      3. Whether the EE is eligible to the autoenrolled plan. The EE was eligible as the Generic eligibiltiy rule i.e 'Rule_13' is same.

      4. As there was auto enrolled plan present and the EE was eligible to that plan. The system gave priority to the auto enrolled plan and added the enrolment for 'C. Retiree Blue Local Plan' before it could add the enrolment for 'A. Retiree Core Plan' for EE and Spouse.

      5. As the medical type benefit allows enrolment for only one Medical benefit. 'A. Retiree Core Plan' doesn't gets enrolled for EE and Spouse as 'C. Retiree Blue Local Plan' is already enrolled.

      Correction:

Code fix is required to solve this issue.
