12/30/17 - There's no changes for non employee file. Only file with records is the active employee file. File was sent successfully:

12/29/17 - Last ACA change files will send tonight. ADP is aware the file will be coming and is the last they will receive for 2017.

New ticket being opened for issue related to previous ticket # EDI-1042. I couldn't reopen the original ticket, so I'm opening a new one to report some records not coming over on the Jan 2017 ACA files. The client has completed the audit, but found a lot of missing records. Looking at some of the dependents in WT, I did saw them enrolled in HIGHMARK PPO 90-Medical-Highmark but wasn't on the file. I have uploaded client's audit file Metso ACA file audit.xlsx and their comments Audit of January 2017 Metso ACA file.msg to the EBS ftp server located in /workterraaca/BSG ACA/Metso ADP/ .

I've checked the template Metso ADP - ACA Employee but it does show the plan selected along with their classes. Can you review the audit file and client comments, and also take another look at the settings on the three templates?

Metso ADP - ACA Employee
Metso ADP - ACA Non Employee
Metso ADP - ACA Multiemployer

I've tried deleting march run dates from template *Metso ADP - ACA Employee and exported again to see if the records would show up on the file, but they didn't. Those run dates have been added back in the way it was.
