      Description

      Hi Dev -

      When reviewing "Enrollment History" or "Future Enrollment History" we are getting this across all clients.

            Concern: Enrollment History / ACT report is not working

            Cause: Today Verizon has done some maintenance on DB server. After this maintenance, some of DB server 1 drives get moved. Hence, we have moved some shared file locations to 4th DB server. Enrollment history/ ACT report access this file share to store report data temporarily. Access rights to this file share was reset, hence system was not able to access this share.

            Correction: We have reset the access rights of new file share to proper user. Now system can access this share and store temp files required by the reports.
