This also happened with someone I manually entered this morning, Donna Bremmer. I used SA Toolbox to try to delete her and got an internal server error. Now, she shows up in the SA Toolbox search, but does not show up in County of Sutter’s Employee Search.

Something is definitely off. Print Screen #1: “Test” people appear in the SA Utility Toolbox”. However, when you go into Search Employee and search for one of the test people (Example: Add Newborn) they are not listed in the group – See Print Screen #2.
