This also happened with someone I manually entered this morning, Donna Bremmer. I used SA Toolbox to try to delete her and got an internal server error. Now, she shows up in the SA Toolbox search, but does not show up in County of Sutter’s Employee Search.

Something is definitely off. Print Screen #1: “Test” people appear in the SA Utility Toolbox”. However, when you go into Search Employee and search for one of the test people (Example: Add Newborn) they are not listed in the group – See Print Screen #2.

What was the outcome of this. To the best of my knowledge this was never resolved. Can someone please look into this and also why the test people show deleted in the “search employee” but appear in the SA Toolbox as participants that need deleted.

On or about March 31st, we logged an issue we had in Stage with the ability to delete participant records for the County of Sutter (I have re-attached the original e-mail trail). This group just recently moved to production and we are having the exact same issue. Participant: 566254205 was duplicated in the original file feed sent by the employer and needed deleted. We went into the SA Toolbox, brought his record up, set deletion and received a server error (see attached printscreen). However, when you go to the “search employee” feature of the system – it appears as though the participant is deleted (see attached printscreen). No one ever followed up with us on why this is occurring, what the solution is or how to ensure that we do not continue to have this problem with the County of Sutter. Can you all please log this issue again ASAP so that prior to our group going live into the system next week this issue is closed.

Hi Monika,

The SA Utility error had been resolved in ticket WT-8597. As of now, there is no Server error observed on Employee deletion.

This fix had been deployed on Production as well. So when this company goes live, there won't be server errors for them.

All employees of this companies can also be deleted in one instance. There are only 1095 employee count, however there is one JIRA ticket WT-1941 open with development when there is more employee count (about 3000 or above), in that case, SA utility gives timeout error while deleting all of the employees together. This optimization ticket is in development list and will be done by 04/28.

Can you please check this once? Please let us know in case any difficulty.
